All sales are final. Please understand our products are recycled, secondhand clothing. Our products are not new and most likely worn. We have a limited return policy and in most scenarios only offer exchanges. To be considered to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be considered for a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will notify you and send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, you may also be responsible for shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned items can be exchanged for an equal amount of ThriftedThreads.com credit or credited back the full amount of the purchase price minus the cost of return shipping. If approved for the refund amount, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. No shipping cost amounts will be credited or refunded when receiving a refund or ThriftedThreads.com credits. Please remember if receiving a refund, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
If you choose to receive ThriftedThreads.com shopping credit, ThriftedThreads.com will provide you with a prepaid return label, you may also be responsible for shipping costs. However, customers initiating more than one return per month are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items purchased with ThriftedThreads.com shopping credit can always only be refunded back as only shopping credit.

Items purchased on sale, auction, or for a discounted rate are non-returnable. However, we do guarantee the quality and are transparent with all of our items' condition at point of sale. If you have questions regarding an on sale, auctions, or discounted item that were purchased, please email email@example.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Vintage, on sale and discounted products. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
